The Reason For This Blog

If you're like me, you've probably ventured on to mental health forums (e.g. spent waaaay too much time on them). As comforting as it is to know other people are going through similar issues, forums are generally a cesspool of negativity.


For example, Dave might post a comment asking for help and explaining how hard his life is right now. Yet, nine times out of ten Dave won't come back and explain how much better he now feels and how he got through a difficult patch.


This kind of discussion on mental health isn't helping anyone.


We hope this website will act as an inspirational and fun type of forum, helping to tackle the stigma surrounding mental health and give you a laugh!
